1. Service Scope
Kitchen Remodel AI provides image-generation tools for kitchen visualization and early-stage design direction. The service is intended for concept exploration, not for final architectural, engineering, structural, code-compliance, or construction advice.
2. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, the activity that happens under your account, and keeping your login credentials secure. We may suspend or limit access if needed to protect the service, other users, or comply with law.
3. Your Content
You keep ownership of content you upload. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and transmit your content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service.
4. Generated Outputs and Commercial Use
Generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or visually inconsistent, and you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them. Unless we expressly grant broader rights in a plan description or separate written terms, outputs should be treated as concept materials rather than guaranteed commercial assets. If a paid plan description expressly includes commercial usage rights, that grant is limited to the outputs you create through the service and does not transfer any rights in third-party materials or branded content. You remain responsible for clearing third-party rights in anything you upload, publish, or rely on.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload illegal, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or harmful content, attempt to bypass security or rate limits, interfere with the service, or use the product in ways that violate law or third-party rights.
6. Plans, Billing, and Auto-Renewal
We may offer free generations, paid plans, credit allocations, or promotional credits. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe and, unless stated otherwise at checkout, auto-renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the recurring subscription fee, applicable taxes, and any approved adjustments. Pricing, credits, and plan limits can change prospectively.
7. Credits, Cancellation, and Refunds
Credits are generally consumed when a generation request is submitted. Failed requests may be reversed or refunded in credits automatically, and we may issue a refund or billing adjustment when we determine it is appropriate. Otherwise, refunds are not guaranteed except where required by law. To avoid the next renewal charge, cancel before the next billing date takes effect.
8. Availability and Changes
We may update, improve, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, any specific generation time, or that every prompt will produce a usable result.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-interruption losses caused by service interruptions, output variance, or reliance on generated content.
